Yesterday night was our first Friday Night Hangout. We had video games, including DDR, Guitar Hero and Super Smash Brothers, basketball, movies and crafts. Jolene brought some delicious Nachos and cheese. It was great to see many of the students there, 24 when I counted.
The staff had discussed not having this event, but it seems the students want this and we will continue it for sure. There may be a small detour next month as the Franklin Graham Festival is in town the first weekend of November and there are going to be three great bands at the Student Night.
